About the LiftMaster Model T

The LiftMaster Model T is an industrial-duty trolley commercial door operator with Logic 5.0. It is built for standard-lift sectional overhead doors — the operator suspends from the ceiling and attaches to the door drive. Rated 25 cycles per hour (up to 90 per day). Available in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 HP. If the door is high-lift or vertical-lift (or a rolling door), you usually want a jackshaft or hoist (J / H) instead of a trolley.

When to choose a trolley (T)

Use a trolley when the door is a standard-lift sectional and the operator can hang from the ceiling on a rail. Use a jackshaft/hoist (J/H) for high-lift, vertical-lift, or many rolling doors. Heavy industrial / high-cycle standard-lift may step up to GT (gearhead trolley).
