Construction

Available in Four-layer construction. Built with 1-3/8” steel section and 5/8” composite overlay trim.
1-3/8″ polystyrene insulation. Insulated door R-value of 6.48.
Heavy-gauge steel coated in a 5-layer paint system for long-lasting durability.
Available with WindPro wind load reinforcement specifically built to withstand specific high-wind pressures to meet local building codes.

Design

18 carriage house designs with distinctive 5/8” thick composite overlay trim; Overlay made from sustainable, reclaimed wood fiber and thermoplastic polymer that resists rot, decay, and fungal growth; Large rectangular and arched window designs are built in 24” top sections with 5/8” thick decorative window grilles. Available in 4 colors; Optional double-strength clear, obscure, or insulated glass. Available with decorative hardware options.

Distinctive Overlay Trim
	The distinctive 5/8” thick composite overlay trim with a coped edge design is made from reclaimed wood fiber and thermoplastic polymer. This sustainable, green building material resists rot, decay, and fungal growth.
Four-Layer Construction
	The Amarr Carriage Court CC4000 is built with a 1-3/8” steel section and a 5/8” composite overlay trim. The 2” thick door with polystyrene insulation and steel interior provides energy efficiency and noise reduction to any home.
Large Windows
	The large rectangular or arched window designs are built in 24” top sections with 5/8” thick decorative window grilles with coped edges. All window designs are available in double-strength, obscure or insulated glass.
Energy Efficiency
	CFC-free insulation increases the thermal efficiency of your garage door to help maintain the temperature in your garage, increase your home’s energy efficiency and reduce noise from the garage. Available in garage doors with multi-layer construction.
